Tube, boards and fittings are the traditional method of scaffolding, which has been proven over many years of use to be versatile, adaptable and robust in all aspects of the offshore industry.
In its basic format, it consists of scaffolding tube to EN39 specification in either 4mm or 3.2mm high-yield wall thickness. Standard lengths are 21ft, 18ft, 16ft, 13ft, 10ft, 8ft, 6ft, 5ft, 4ft and 3ft, however we offer a cutting service on all our tubes to suit your project.
Scaffold boards are supplied to BS2482:2009 machine stress graded specification. Euro Class B or C fire-retardant scaffold boards are also available. We can also supply kiln dried boards. Our range of Supadek BS24282:2009 plastic scaffold boards are available in standard format, FR-treated or with sealed ends so they are completely safe to use in high-risk areas. We can also supply galvanised-steel scaffold boards to suit tube and fittings scaffolding. Boards are available in standard lengths of 3.9m, 3.0m, 2.5m, 1.8m, 1.5m, 1.2m and 0.9m, however cut sizes are also available to suit your project.
Our range of scaffold fittings are available in both pressed steel or drop forged variants and are supplied to full EU and UK standards EN74 class A or B, BS1139 or AS-1576.2-1991. The basic range of scaffold fittings consists of double couplers, swivel couplers, single couplers, board retaining couplers, gravlock girder couplers and ladder clamps. An extensive range of additional couplers are available to suit all access requirements.
