Usually, a combination of our descaling services is utilised for different pipe diameters and we have a strong track record of the reconditioning of complete deluge systems from the deluge valve downstream to the most remote nozzle.
Following a cleaning work scope, we can then make recommendations to clients for the implementation of our corrosion inhibition and dry deluge testing services. This way we can ensure that the system pipework is kept in a fit for purpose condition and ready for use should the system be required to be activated in the event of a real scenario. Pipe cleaning has been proven many times to be more cost-effective than pipe replacement and has less impact on ongoing plant operations.
