The PQ 500-1, the original workhorse of the PowerQuick collection, operates like a personal elevator for those times when just getting up and down from a work site or moving equipment is important.

For use in potentially explosive atmospheres, the new PQ500-AX model was developed at the request of Shell especially for use in potentially explosive atmospheres and recently completed testing at TRL Laboratories in the UK.

The PQ 500-TR version of the standard PowerQuick 500 ascender was designed especially for our Tower customers, and features a wireless and hardwired remote control which allows the ascender to be used above the head with a seat board or chair and a spreader bar. The manual descent function is controlled by a lanyard which is passed through the spreader bar and is just above the operator's head.
