Marine Support Base Checklist

This document has been developed to assist, guide and prompt you to get the necessary information to carry out informed research, analysis and ultimately a structured business proposal for the establishment of an offshore supply base facility.

As in most documents of this type you need to treat it as a 'live' document that is liable to change at any time as it does not cover every eventuality. What it should do, is give you the foundation to ask the right questions of the right people and awaken your curiosity as to how to improve your facilities, and therefore challenge with more conviction based on sound knowledge.

Please also bear in mind that the priorities we have listed do not necessarily have to be used in that sequence, you can and should change them to suit your particular requirements and that the requirements may grow.
