The two-channel hydrophone array system has been designed and produced by Colmar for cetacean monitoring and recording. The system is towed from the stern of the vessel, and it has a 100m cable that assures a quite long distance from the noise generated by the ship and a 10m cable extension for the positioning of the receiving station inside the vessel.
