"Total E&P Nederland BV has become a customer of SiiTech after a tender validation, in which SiiTech seemed to be the best value for money.

"However, one negative point was the fact that SiiTech is located in Canada and there is no common business time with Europe. Email is fine but in some circumstances, a face-to-face meeting is recommended.

"Since the contract was awarded to SiiTech, they were delivering the AIS system according to our dedicated requirements as per contract. Even better, in spite of the physical distance, they almost seemed to be next door. Their commitment to delivering a product to satisfaction was recognised."
