8-9 June 2016 saw the fifth ‘Yamal Oil and Gas’ international forum take place in Salekhard, Russia. The Caspian Offshore Construction representative gave a short presentation about the company and about the maintenance services in the area of oil fields in the rough conditions of the North Caspian Sea.
About 250 participants from a number of Russian and international companies were there to exchange their experience and plans, as well as discuss the ways of the further development of the oil and gas industry in the north of West Siberia of Russia.
A number of vital issues were defined, namely the role of the Yamal oil and gas industry in context of Russian and international energy balance, strategies of the promising projects launches, maintenance and development of the existing ones, modern technologies and equipment for the Arctic projects expending.
The international forum, exhibition and conference were organized and help with the backing of the Yamal Autonomous District authorities and the district governor D Kobylkin personally, as well as under the auspices of Gazpromneft.
