TIMEX has delivered coalescer filters as required by the Taji Upgrade Project for Al Taji Airport in Iraq. Vessels which were specially designed and fabricated as per ASME Sec. VIII Div.1 code with U Stamp have been furnished for the service to USACE. 300 GPM and 600 GPM type coalescers will be used for eliminating the slugs of water and the particles down to 0.5µ, which are present in the JP-8 helicopter fuel. Based on the contract, coalescer filters are delivered with all necessary valves and instruments as complete systems mounted on skid platforms.
