Agitated Nutsche filter
BACHILLER Barcelona’s Nutsche Filter (FNB) and Nutsche Filter Dryer (FNB-S) are designed for solid-liquid separation processes by filtration under pressure. They are suitable for use across offshore, mining, chemical and pharmaceutical applications.
The dryer version allows for the filter cake to be dried without product transfer to other equipment for processes with hazardous or toxic products or potential for cross-contamination, which can be treated in hermetic equipment.

Vertical ribbon vacuum dryer with optimised heating surface
BACHILLER Barcelona’s Supramix-S (MVC-S) is a vertical ribbon vacuum dryer, featuring a maximised heating surface for drying various thermo-sensitive wet, crystalline, amorphous or paste products with a total vacuum.
This dryer comprises a heated vertical mixing spiral, rotating at moderate speed to achieve an upward flow of perimeter product and constant renewal of product in contact with heated walls.
Horizontal vacuum paddle dryer and reactor
BACHILLER Barcelona’s Turbodry (MHT-RS) horizontal vacuum paddle dryer and reactor is designed for products with pseudo-plastic behaviour during the reaction and / or drying phase, where the product needs to be agitated with high torque and turbulence.
The body and shaft of the Turbodry are fully heated to optimise thermal exchange, as well as the paddles rotating at very high speeds near the wall.
With the body and shaft completely heated to maximise thermal exchange and the paddles rotating at very high speed near the wall, the Turbodry vacuum paddle dryer reactor causes high turbulence in the product and its continuous renewal in direct thermal exchange with the wall, enhancing the drying process.
Double cone vacuum dryer for offshore applications
BACHILLER Barcelona’s Bicuum (MBC-S) double cone rotary vacuum dryer can be used in ultra-vacuum drying applications for a range of moist, crystalline and amorphous thermos-sensitive products.
This vacuum dryer comprises a fully heated and insulated drum that rotates at low speeds while being subjected to a strong vacuum that continuously rotates the product in contact with the hot walls.
Horizontal vacuum paddle dryer
The Paddledry (MHT-S) horizontal vacuum paddle dryer is a high-efficiency tool that has been designed for products with pseudo-plastic behaviour during the drying phase, with high torque requirements.
It operates through a body, shaft and blades, fully heated to optimise heat exchange. The blade rotates close to the wall at a low speed for continuous product renewal in direct exchange with the wall.
Vertical conical screw vacuum dryer
BACHILLER Barcelona’s vertical conical screw vacuum dryer (MCV-S) features a sanitary design with an optimised heating surface. It can be used to dry all kinds of moist thermos-sensitive, crystalline, amorphous or paste products.
The conical screw vacuum dryer comprises a fully conical vertical vessel and a vertical screw mixing system, which in turn provides a gentle mechanical treatment for the product and ensures reliable loading capacity.
