In November 2009, following an initial full safety sign survey on-board the North Sea oil platforms North Alwyn A and B, Escape Safe successfully supplied and installed over 8,000 new safety signs covering both platforms, and also installed 500m of low-level escape system in the accommodation block on North Alwyn A.
The signs and low-level system were supplied in the Marine Equipment Directive (MED) and Lloyds Type approved photo luminescent (glow in the dark) material.
