M7’s knowledge and experience with efficient documentation control has resulted in three new job tasks within the last six months. We are now assisting partners involved in biogas handling and pump supplies, as well as a major player in the international oil and gas industry.
An important factor in M7’s project management is continuous documentation control. Our aim has always been to keep control of our project documentation in order to give our clients comfort regarding the progress and status of our work. At the same time it is a control tool to spend our budget cost-efficiently. This means that devoted document controllers as well as engineers are able to manoeuvre around as easy as possible. Our system is built to handle these tasks as quickly as possible.
The software eRoom, which was developed by EMC, was further developed and maintained by Joint for this special purpose. The actual applications and structures of the databases have been developed by M7. Joint and M7 have co-operated well in this project.
