Geoquip is drilling, sampling and CPTU testing from the Skandi Hercules in Australia.
The GMR302, one of our heave compensated drillrigs, has been mobilised onto the Skandi Hercules to undertake a fairly large geotechnical program in the Timor Sea, involving numerous geotechnical boreholes up to 160 metres below the seabed. We are currently half way through the program, with good geotechnical results and outstanding HSE performance. She could be available for your offshore geotechnical campaign in the second quarter of this year.
