AMR Onsite Safety & Health has acquired Life Line Ambulance in Prescott, Arizona and MedStat EMS in Winona, Mississippi. The acquisitions will generate estimated annual revenues of $36m and employ more than 250 clinicians and support team members.

"These acquisitions are in key targeted locations and consistent with our market-centric expansion strategy. We will continue to provide their communities with the localised service they are accustomed to while leveraging the expertise and national resources of the AMR organisation."

AMR has also secured a new managed transportation contract and expanded four others. In total, these will generate estimated net-new annual revenues of $37.5m and provide more than 110 jobs in Florida. In addition, AMR haa had four existing contracts renewed, spanning the company’s 911, hospital system and managed transportation operations.
