Valen manufacturers bespoke lengths of pipe to suit customer requirements. Offering specific cut lengths of pipe means unnecessary excess material is not acquired.

Testing services
Valen’s products are manufactured according to international specifications.
We maintain a quality system in accordance with ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 3834 and are CRN registered and qualified to Norsok M650.
We have an onsite independent UKAS approved testing laboratory, as well as an independent radiography unit. This enables us to offer a wide range of testing from prolongation test pieces to major specifications to suit exact customer requirements and to supply our products with 100% radiography.
We also have onsite non-destructive test facilities. These include visual and dimensional checks, dye penetrant, PMI and ferrite checks.
Our products are supplied with test certificates to either 3.1 or 3.2 depending on your requirements.
All our products are manufactured in the UK from European sourced materials.
Fast Track Delivery Option
We offer both a standard and fast track delivery option, this enables us to supply against time restricted contracts with ease.
Packaging and Protection
All our products are offered packed on pallets and shrink-wrapped free of charge. We also offer the additional services:
