Tri-Star Industries is pleased to announce another milestone in its commitment to excellence and the continual improvement of its M*Rak cable ladder and tray systems.
M*Rak initially obtained a Certificate of Product Design Assessment (PDA) from the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) in 2015, verifying the products’ compliance with NEMA VE1-2009 and NEMA FG 1-1993 standards.
In 2016, M*Rak received a Type Approval Certificate from Bureau Veritas in accordance with the Bureau Veritas Rules for the Classification of Steel Ships & Offshore Units, IEC 61537 (2006), IACS UR E16, IACS Rec. 73, IEC 60068-2-75 (2014), IEC 60093 (1980) and FTP Code, Resolution MSC 61(67) Part 2.
These certificates cover all the common materials such as stainless-steel, hot-dipped galvanise, and fiberglass-reinforced plastic and aluminium, for use in cable ladder and tray systems.
NEMA and IEC 61537 are the most commonly cited standards in the manufacture of cable ladder and tray systems.
Thus, following the independent assessment by a third-party classification body, customers can be assured that our products are of the highest standards and quality terms of in operation, production and management.
This latest accomplishment verifies that the M*Rak division is finely tuned to serve customers’ needs into the future.
