Caldertech is pleased to announce its CalderSafe Mobile® solution, which allows personnel to acquire weld data directly from the job site without the need to manually download from the Electrofusion Welder unit itself.
The weld data is automatically sent to our App on your mobile device using Bluetooth connectivity. This information, including images of the prepared and clamped Electrofusion Fitting is then sent to pre-configured email addresses of your choice.
The weld data contains vital information that can be read using the CalderSafe Weld Analyser software from any global location.
This provides quality assurance and verification for completed weld before any reinstatement works are carried out, reducing risks of failed welds and unnecessary reworks.
The CalderSafe Mobile App has been designed to redirect all weld data to pre-configured emails through Caldervale Technology’s dedicated server.
Information is not stored or seen by any other person other than the recipients of email addresses. The CalderSafe Mobile App is available as a free download from Google Play and iTunes.
The weld data provides GPS locations for fused fittings, which can be sent to four email addresses. It provides a 124-point graph of the weld, which can include up to four images – making sure all angles of the joint can viewed.
The summary and individual weld records can all be printed as well.
