Subsea Innovation’s third annual charity golf day was held on 5 September 2017 at Ramside Hall Golf Club in Durham.
The day was in aid of the “If U Care Share Foundation” charity which provides support to families coping with the loss of a loved one. The charity is close to Subsea Innovation’s heart after the loss of employee Chris Emery in 2014. A member of Chris’ family works for this local charity which relies heavily on fundraising and donations. The charity website is www.ifucareshare.co.uk
Ramside Golf Club were the perfect hosts providing guests with brunch before the round on the Cathedral Course and a BBQ dinner afterwards.
The fantastic sum of £1,995.00 was raised from the day which included 18 holes of golf, an auction and raffle.

The winners were If U Care Share Foundation’s team, closely followed by Greg Giles’s team and in 3rd was past winner A1 Muck Away.
With the success of this year behind them preparations are already in place for next year’s event which will take place at the Blackwell Grange Golf Club, Darlington on Friday 29th June 2018.
