Genisision case study: Australia Pacific LNG
Senior engineers and project managers lead the Completions team on various sites throughout the project (QLD, Australia). Their outstanding ability to perform successfully as a team was quickly realized through the completion of day-to-day tasks, including the following areas of work:
Civil, structural, mechanical and piping (CSMP) field inspection checks, electrical and instrumentation (EandI) field inspection checks, punch lists, tri-party walk downs, mechanical completions dossier for CSMP and EandI systems, quality assurance, project controls and scheduling.
Dossier delivered by system, including Redline mark-ups and construction activities completed by area.
On the boarder Project Scope Completions team completed essential milestones, including the Verification of Construction to Design by:
- Field inspection check close-out facilitation and structures
- Punch lists close-out facilitation including risk reviewing and construction team procedure
- Tri-party walk-down structure and execution
- Mechanical completions dossier delivery by sub-system priority
- Redline procedure and progress towards drawing office structure
- Hazardous area close-out facilitation and dossier delivery
- Quality assurance assistance
- Project controls and scheduling assistance
