Reflex Marine continue to share knowledge and improve standards of safety across the offshore industry with their series of live webinars. In February, they explore the subject of decommissioning and how personnel access technologies can support the ever-changing demands of this sector.
According to last year’s Oil and Gas UK’s Decommissioning Insight report, spending on decommissioning is set to rise steadily over the next few years. “The level of investment expected in the decommissioning sector over the next 10-30 years creates a tremendous amount of opportunities from a supplier’s perspective,” says Sandra Antonovic, Reflex Marine’s COO.
“At the same time, operators must keep their focus and ensure cost-effectiveness and safety throughout these very time- and cost-sensitive operations. We want to show our industry partners and clients how our personnel transfer and access equipment and our unique service solutions can help these projects excel.”
The series of webinars which Reflex Marine launched in 2020 revolves around the challenges and solutions for offshore personnel transfer and access across different industries: from offshore wind and LNG to decommissioning. As the company is a keen advocate of knowledge sharing and cross-industry collaborations, the webinars are all available for viewing on-demand online. Towards the end of the month, their solution-focus webinar will analyse the benefits of the most advanced work-basket on the market: award-winning STORM-WORK. More exciting topics are soon to be announced and audiences from all industries are welcome to sign up and engage in the dialogue.
