DOOWIN proof load test water weight bags have been drop-tested at the TUV National Engineering Laboratory, and gained type test accreditation at the 6:1 safety factor to meet LEEA Guidance 051.
It is filling load test water bags with water, and allowing them to drop enough height to reach the peak when being arrested. DOOWIN load test water bags are proved can withstand a load of at least 6 times the working load limit.
DOOWIN load test water bags have the word-class quality level. The water weight bags are made from high-tenacity PVC coated polyester fabric using radio frequency welding technology. Material made in Germany is also available. Each load test water weight bag equipped with certificated shackles, master-link, webbing straps, which comply with relevant international standard and LEEA 051. The load capacity is from 1t to 100t.
All DOOWIN load test water bags are designed and inspected comply with LEEA 051 ‘Guidance on the design, inspection, and use of water bags as test weights in the offshore and marine industries’. ABS, BV, LR, CCS third party certificate are available upon request too.
