Novatec Braids is a manufacturer of braided synthetic ropes and custom fabrications located in Yarmouth, NS, Canada. Standard ‘Novabraid’ rope constructions include fibers of nylon, polyester, MFP, polypropylene, co-polymer, Kevlar®, Spectra® and Dyneema® UHMPE. Many constructions utilize blends of these fibers to meet specific performance requirements for tensile strength, energy absorption, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, fire resistance, visibility, and buoyancy.
Novatec is an ISO registered manufacturer with in-house testing capability and full traceability of all yarn components.
