Teledyne Marine Systems has announced the completion of its newly expanded facility in North Falmouth. The new 30,000ft² addition expands Teledyne’s North Falmouth facilities to approximately 67,000ft². The new facility boasts greatly enlarged research and development labs, service facilities, and office space. The existing building has also been partially renovated to add approximately 10,000ft² of first-class manufacturing floor space. This 22-acre campus-like setting in North Falmouth includes two buildings and will be the home of Teledyne Benthos, Teledyne TapTone, Teledyne Webb Research, and US sales and support for Teledyne Gavia.

"We are all extremely excited about the expansion of our facility to better meet the demands of our customers and the marketplaces we serve." said Chief Operations Officer, Bruce Gecks. "Strong demand for all of our products has necessitated this expansion and will allow us to better meet market demands now and in the near future. In addition, by co-locating Webb Research at this facility we will be able to enhance many processes and further enable our Operational Excellence initiatives."

Construction began on the facility in November of 2012.
