WDH Hydraulics is pleased to announce it is one of the first in the industry to receive certification for the latest version of the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management Standard.
With the successful implementation of the new ISO 9001: 2015, WDH shows it is directed towards the future and seeks to improve its products and services.
When the successor to the 9001: 2008 standard was released in October 2015, WDH immediately decided to certify for this standard in February, and not recertify for the old version.
In comparison to the old standard, new aspects are introduced such as stakeholder management, risk management and context management. The organization is more seen as an entity that is aware of its role in society and the supply chain.
Performance of the business processes should be measured and improved continuously and in addition risks are also measured and analysed.
These aspects are consistent with the management of WDH, making certification for this standard a logical step.
Moreover, WDH is again successfully certified for ISO 3834 – 2. Certification according to this standard proves that WDH has the necessary conditions to assure a quality welding process.
