Sauer-Danfoss’ PVG valves are well-known for their durability and technological superiority. That is why Hydrauvision has, for many years, been making use of these Sauer-Danfoss products. Thanks to the company’s extensive engineering expertise and many years of experience with PVG valves, Hydrauvision has now succeeded to further improve these superior valves.

Corrosive environments
PVG valves are often used in corrosive environments. As a result, the life span of these valves is often considerably reduced. Hydrauvision’s own engineering team has now developed a new process whereby every section is individually provided with a corrosion-resistant nickel coating, which remains intact even after repeated assembly and disassembly.

The different sections and the pump module of the valve are nickel-plated separately and assembled afterwards. As a result, the valve is completely covered with a protective nickel coating. Even between the sections in the seal chamber. Result: a longer lifespan for the valve and, therefore, reduced total cost of ownership.

Hydrauvision also has a lot of experience providing hydraulic engines used in corrosive environments with protective nickel layers. In fact, supplying components with added value is one of the company’s specialisms.

Versatile specialist in drive technology
Hydrauvision’s main activity consists of the engineering of made-to-measure system construction solutions. The company stands out from the competition thanks to its unique combination of mechanical engineering design and drive technology.

Other spearheads include revision & repair and service & maintenance. As Appointed Service Center for Sauer-Danfoss, the company also carries out repair and revision activities to hydraulic Sauer-Danfoss products.

Hydrauvision has subsidiaries in Schoondijke, Dordrecht, IJmuiden, Zeebrugge and Ghent.
