Hexagon’s PPM division, the leading global provider of engineering software for the design, construction and operation of plants, ships and offshore facilities, is pleased to announce that its annual customer competition has been rebranded as the Hexagon Elite Awards. The inaugural Hexagon Elite Awards will be presented during HxGN LIVE Global 2021, its digital solutions conference, in Las Vegas, Nev., from June 15-18.
For nearly two decades, Hexagon has presented customers with the annual Golden Valve, Platinum Pipe and Drivers of Success awards to recognize their creative uses of engineering and design software supported by Hexagon solutions. To broaden the scope of submissions and encourage customers across all segments to participate, the previous awards have been retired, and the Hexagon Elite awards will feature six unique categories:
- Best in Design
- Best in Automation
- Best in Analysis
- Best in Operations
- Best in Project Performance
- Best in Procurement, Fabrication & Construction Management
Hexagon is accepting submissions for the 2021 Hexagon Elite Awards beginning today.
With one overall winner for each category being recognized at HxGN LIVE Global 2021, the revamped annual awards will truly recognize the most elite customers who are champions of innovation and progress using Hexagon solutions.
The winning entry for each of the six categories receives a monetary award for their submission (or elect to have a charitable donation made in their name), complimentary HxGN Live attendance and an award that will be presented at the Hexagon PPM awards presentation in Las Vegas next year. Winners’ work also will be recognized on the division’s website and in the digital version of PPM’s Insight magazine.
