Corrosion protection and control company Corrosion Solutions (CSL) has sailed through its ISO 9001:2008 recertification by Lloyds, reinforcing its commitment to customer service and quality. The company’s quality management system is now certified through 2017.
Established in the UK in 1998, Aberdeen-based CSL specialises in the supply and application of vapour corrosion inhibitors (VCI) and vapour-phase corrosion inhibitors (VpCI) for the offshore industry.
ISO 9001:2008 specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organisation:
- needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide a product that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements
- aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements
