Cladtek announced its recognition by the Stellar Workplace Awards 2024 for its commitment to employee engagement and satisfaction. Hosted by Kontan Business & Investment Media in collaboration with GML Performance Consulting, the Stellar Workplace Awards celebrate companies demonstrating a strong commitment to improving employee engagement and satisfaction.
This year’s theme, ‘Engaging Talent Through Digital Experience,’ aligns with Cladtek’s approach to employee engagement and dedication to supporting employee development. Both play a key role in maintaining our operational and innovation standards.
Out of 38 companies participating in the awards, Cladtek received recognition in two categories:
- Stellar Workplace Recognition in Employee Commitment: This award highlights our efforts to create a workplace where employees are motivated and engaged. The Employee Commitment category acknowledges organisations that foster an environment where employees feel valued and are encouraged to contribute to the company’s success.
- Stellar Workplace Recognition in Employee Satisfaction: Employee satisfaction is a key focus for Cladtek. This award honours companies where employees express high levels of job satisfaction and share positive experiences about the organisation with others. High employee satisfaction contributes to a productive work culture and strengthens the company’s reputation.
The awards ceremony took place on October 31st at the Le Meridien Hotel in Jakarta. It was attended by prominent industry figures such as Kontan Director Cipta Wahyana, GML Performance Consulting CEO Suwardi Luis, and other thought leaders and jury members from major organisations in Indonesia. Judges included executives from PT Bank Maybank Indonesia, Adira Finance, and the Ministry of Manpower, who shared insights on workplace engagement trends.
