Despite the prevailing tough business environment, VG Offshore International has clinched a deal to supply three units of highly complex and technologically advanced Zone 2 mud-logging cabins for an oil and gas company.
DNV GL’s team congratulated VG’s engineering and sales and marketing team for this outstanding achievement and praised them for continuously pushing the highest standards of offshore service containers, even during market downturn.
The cabins have been certified to DNV 2.7-1, June 2013 and DNV 2.7-2, May 2013 by DNV GL, which sets the standards for the highest quality in engineering products for the oil and gas sector.
The mud-logging cabin is a complex portable laboratory that provides a comfortable work environment for surface logging crews serving the well site. It acts as the central hub for all jobs carried out in the site.
As an innovative manufacturer with an excellent track record in serving the oil and gas industry, VG Offshore’s team of innovative engineers and designers have excelled in designing each cabin for maximum comfort, durability and stringent safety standards. The cabins are equipped with the necessary mud-logging applications and data acquisition systems to cope with rigorous well site under even the most extreme environments.
"VG Offshore has always been an adaptive manufacturer, always innovating to meet the changes and needs of the industry," said Anusia Ramasamy, the marketing director of the company.
"This deal is testimony to our inventiveness and manufacturing excellence, built through years of collaborating with our clients and having a keen understanding of the oil and gas business."
