EMO Marine Technologies has successfully developed and delivered a custom fibre-optic multiplexer (MUX) system for Sub C Imaging.
EMO Marine supplied a customized version of the Mini-T Multiplexer system configured to transfer two high-definition video signals, as well as several data channels to control the system. This was accomplished using a single fibre-optic transmission link capable of reaching distances up to ten kilometres.
The EMO MUX and Sub-C Camera system has been installed on a Perry Triton XLX class remotely operated vehicle (ROV).
