Plastic energy chains, bearings and highly flexible cables producer igus UK will be appearing at the Hillhead show in Buxton from 24 to 26 June.
Visitors to stand PB38 will see iglidur® Q2 and Q2E multi-component bearings. The Q2 bearings now support even higher loads, being available in both sleeve and flanged version for all common shaft diameters up to 75 mm. These lubricant-free dry running products are made for heavy-duty applications under extreme conditions. For extreme loads, the new Q2E multi-component bearings benefit from a unique combination of hard polymer shell and tribooptimised iglidur® core. Previously unattainable service lives become possible, even in heavy-duty pivoting applications with radial loads exceeding 120 MPa. As always iglidur bearings are lubrication-free, wear-resistant, extremely stable and corrosion-resistant.
The rugged, modular E4.1 e-chain® family combines all the benefits of its predecessors into the best igus® e-chain® yet; improved stability is combined with similar or smaller dimensions than its predecessors. Ideal for carrying high fill weights of hydraulic hoses and cables in the toughest of environments, the E4.1 range is easy to assemble and fill and has a full range of accessories for cable and hose separation and strain relief.
igus will also be showing a representative selection from their wide range of tough TPE chainflex cables used for control, motor, power, bus and data applications. All these cables are resistant to abrasion, oils and chemicals and high and low temperatures. All are suitable for millions of cycles in unsupported and gliding applications in e-chains with travel distances up to 400m. The range includes: CF9 (unscreened) and CF10 (screened) control cables, CF34 (unscreened) and CF35 (screened) motor cables, CF300 (unscreened) and CF310 (screened) single core motor cables, CFBUS bus cables CF11 twisted pair and data cables.
Throughout the exhibition, experts from igus UK will be on hand to provide advice and guidance on selecting bearings, energy chains and cables for your own specific application. To arrange an appointment, please call Leanne Golding on +44 (0)1604 677240 or email at: lgolding@igus.co.uk.
