HUMMEL AG is a German manufacturer of cable glands, circular connectors, enclosure systems, touch panels electronics for medical, measurement and control technology, in addition to fittings for the heating and sanitary equipment industry.
At the ONS in Stavanger we were proudly presenting EXIOS, our range of cable glands for hazardous areas. These cable glands are available in four designs. Three are double compression types, available as
- EXIOS standard
- EXIOS MZ additional cable clamp
- EXIOS barrier compound barrier
and also the single compression type, our EXIOS A2F.
These types are already certified according to the very latest IECEx and ATEX standards. Also other certificates are available, such as ABS, German Lloyd, Gost and Inmetro.
We at HUMMEL set the standard for high quality products. Therefore only the best is good enough. The EXIOS is available in high-quality brass and stainless-steel. Nickel-plating is available in our in-house facility. We use only high-quality polyamide for our time-proven clamping and sealing system. All sealings and O-rings are made of silicone.
