Induction Bend Services

Our advanced induction bending capabilities allow for bends at any angle from 0° to 180°, including multiple bends within a single piece and custom configurations. This flexibility reduces the need for additional welds, improving both structural integrity and efficiency. For CRA-clad bends, the bending process is performed after cladding straight pipes, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

With in-house API 6A-certified furnaces and automatic handling systems, we offer full heat treatment services, including:

  • Normalising
  • Post-weld heat treatment (PWHT)
  • Quenching
  • Tempering
  • Annealing

Fabrication Services

Cladtek’s in-house fabrication capabilities extend beyond bending, covering structural and mechanical structures, instrumentation and controls, and electrical systems. All non-destructive examinations (NDE) are performed on-site by qualified NDT personnel using techniques such as:

  • Ultrasonic Testing (UT/PAUT)
  • Radiographic Testing (RT)
  • Liquid Penetrant Testing (LPT)
  • Hydrostatic Testing
