EnLink and ExxonMobil have joined forces to explore carbon capture and sequestration (CCS) opportunities beyond the south-east Louisiana Mississippi River Corridor.
The acquisition of the Hill Top Farm and Hole House Farm facilities sites marks Kistos' entry into the gas storage sector.
Western Midstream Partners (WES) is expected to draw interest from Enterprise Products Partners and Williams Companies, among others.
The assets include more than 470 operated producing wells and approximately 140,000 net acres.
The five-year deal is set to terminate by the end of 2024.
