Singapore-based Ezra’s subsea services division Emas AMC has secured contracts worth $70m in Asia, as well as a deal with an undisclosed oil company in the Middle East.

The work is set to start in the second quarter of 2016 and will include lifting nearly 3,000t of offshore structures, which include topsides, a jacket, flare and structure, and a helideck.

Ezra’s Lewek Constellation vessel will be used to remove existing spools and install new ones, in addition to connecting 16in flowlines to a new platform in the region.

The project will be managed from Emas AMC’s regional headquarters in Oslo, Norway.

Emas AMC secured several contracts worth over $65m in February 2015 including options from global independent oil companies and contractors.

The contracts required Emas to provide project management, engineering, and transportation and installation works for a floating production storage offloading vessel in Africa.
