Drilling Tools International (DTI), an innovative oilfield services provider, has completed the acquisition of Titan Tools Services, a UK-based downhole tool rental company.
The deal, finalised on 2 January 2025, is an important step in DTI’s strategy for global expansion, strengthening its position in the North Sea and in European and African markets.
Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Aberdeen, Scotland, Titan Tools Services has carved out a niche in renting, servicing and manufacturing advanced drilling equipment for the oil, gas and geothermal sectors.
