A total of nine contracts were registered in the LNG liquefaction and regasification segment globally during the month, when compared with the last 12-month moving average of 15 contracts.

LNG segment contracts by region in September 2021

Europe took the top position with four contracts and a 44% share of the total LNG contracts globally in September 2021, followed by Asia-Pacific and Africa with three (33%) and one (11%) contracts, respectively.
