Summit Carbon Solutions has received a Route Permit from the North Dakota Public Service Commission, marking a significant step forward for its CO₂ pipeline project.

The company has engaged extensively with North Dakota landowners, community leaders and other stakeholders, incorporating their feedback into the project.

These efforts have paved the way for a project that aligns with the state’s priorities and supports North Dakota’s leadership in agriculture and energy innovation.

Summit Carbon Solutions has secured more than 82% of the easements for the North Dakota route and remains committed to collaborating with affected landowners and communities as the project advances toward construction and operations.
