Offshore support vessels (OSV) provider Vallianz has secured long-term charter contracts with a combined value of up to $115m for four vessels.
The company received these contracts from a national oil company (NOC) in the Middle East and from two offshore marine services companies based in Egypt and Turkmenistan.
The contracts, which bring the company’s chartering services order book to about $1.03bn in aggregate, will also enable it to enter the Central Asian and Middle Eastern markets.
Vallianz CEO Ling Yong Wah said: "Vallianz is one of the largest OSV providers in the Middle East and has now expanded our footprint to include Egypt.
"Our first contract win in Turkmenistan will also enable the group to access a new market in central Asia."
Under the first contract with an Egyptian company, one OSV has already been deployed in the Red Sea for a three-year charter.
