The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 5.11% in April 2022 when compared with March 2022.

Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Exxon Mobil IT hiring in April 2022
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Exxon Mobil, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 66.67% in April 2022, and a 2.65% rise over March 2022, while Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a share of 11.49% in April 2022, and registered growth of 17.65%. Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 11.49% in April 2022, a 9.09% drop from March 2022.

In the fourth place was Asia-Pacific with a share of 13.22% and a month-on-month increase of 27.78%.

US featured next with a 35.06% share, down 16.44% over the previous month. Hungary recorded a 10.92% share, a decline of 13.64% compared with March 2022.
Junior Level jobs lead Exxon Mobil IT hiring activity in April 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 75.86%, up by 10% from March 2022. Mid Level positions with a 14.94% share, a decline of 3.7% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 9.2% share, down 20% over March 2022.
